Bengaluru Bulls
Pawan Kumar Sehrawat always commands the most attention when the Bengaluru Bulls are playing but he has been a bit subdued this season. However, unlike previous seasons, he has some very good support to back him up. Chandran Ranjit and Bharat have shown themselves capable of getting the better of any defensive unit. These three are certainly a lot to contend with and we would not want to underestimate them any bit. Saurabh Nandal and Mayur Jaganath are the two defenders that are able to lay down the hammer under pressure and we think they could be the key against an aggressive Bengal Warriors team.
Bengal Warriors
Mohammad Nabibakhsh has been the key player for the Bengal Warriors this season. He is a terrific all-rounder that is able to contribute in both aspects of the game. With Maninder Singh and Sukesh Hegde in the lineup, the raiding unit is very impressive indeed. Rinku Narwal is the leading defender for the Bengal Warriors and is very capable of keeping opposing raiders under check.
Key stat
The Bengaluru Bulls have 37 successful raids in comparison to just 31 for the Bengal Warriors. As a team, however, the number of raid points is the most for Bengal Warriors this season of the PKL so far.
Verdict
We think this could be a good opportunity to bet on the upset. The Bengaluru Bulls have not yet played to potential and we think they are just getting warmed up. The depth in the raiding unit is present and the defense is quite good as well.
