<h3>Bengaluru Bulls<h3>

A winning start to the campaign for the defending champions would have provided a lot of confidence to all the members of the camp. It was not an easy victory and the Bengaluru Bulls were chasing the match for the most part.

A period of supreme defense where they managed to pull of some spectacular Super Tackles brought them back into the match after which Pawan Kumar Sehrawat worked his magic.

Sehrawat ended the night with 9 raid points and showed his ability to deliver under pressure has not waned at all. The Patna Pirates had done their homework against him but Pawan Kumar Sehrawat kept on coming up with answers.

Rohit Kumar provided very good support to Sehrawat while the defense was led by Amit Sheoran who ended with a High 5 himself.

Perhaps the one thing that the Bengaluru Bulls would be working on is to ensure they don’t fall behind in the mathc gainst the Gujarat Fortunegiants. That defense is a lot tighter than Patna’s and will clawing back points is going to be much harder.

The form of the Bengaluru Bulls looks good right now because Pawan Kumar Sehrawat is in good form. It’s as simple as that.

<h3>Gujarat Fortunegiants<h3>

The core of the Gujarat Fortunegiants side has been kept together for Vivo Pro Kabaddi League 2019 and this is why we believe they are going to be a tough opponent for everyone they came against.

This was the side that lost the least number of matches in the previous season.

The Gujarat Fortunegiants have one of the strongest defences in the PKL. They have retained Parvesh Bhainswal and Sunil Kumar who are going to have their hands full against Pawan Kumar Sehrawat.

We think the contest between Bhainswal and Sehrawat in particular is going to be integral to the outcome of the match.

Sachin Kumar is going to be leading the attack for the Gujarat Fortunegiants. We hope he has taken some lessons from the performance of Siddharth Desai on the opening match. Sachin Kumar was an unknown quantity in the previous season but teams would have much better prepared plans for him this time around.

Sachin Kumar is going to be supported by GB More who has shifted base from the Puneri Paltan.

Both of these players are excellent raiders and ensure that the Gujarat Fortunegiants do not have any holes in their lineup.
