Pawan Kumar Sehrawat has been running wild and is the best raider in PKl 2019 right now. He has been winning matches for the Bengaluru Bulls single-handedly. There were some very good signs for the Bengaluru Bulls in the previous match, though.
Their defense gave the best ever performance as Mahender Singh led the team brilliantly. Even Pawan Kumar Sehrawat got into the act and picked up four tackle points. There have been some gaps in the Bengaluru Bulls defense that are being covered up the incredible form of Pawan Kumar Sehrawat.
This is why the best performance for Rohit Kumar this season is very important. Pawan Kumar Sehrawat cannot be depended on to do all the work himself and the other raiders must stand tall.
Haryana Steelers
The Haryana Steelers are up against a very tough side in this match and will need to be much better than they have been so far. Dharmraj Cheralathan showed a much more aggressive side in his previous match and actively looked for tackles. That gave the confidence to other defenders like Kuldeep Singh and Sumit to play without the fear f making mistakes.
Ironically, this was the time when they made the least mistakes.
Stopping Pawan Kumar Sehrawat is not going to be easy and no team has managed it so far. We don’t think waiting back for his mistakes is the way to go and maybe attacking him to throw him off his game is the answer.
Naveen has been good this season and was crucial in getting points for his side although it was Vikash Kandola’s first Super-10 of the season that would have got the fans excited If Vikash Khandola can help the raiding unit improve then the defense has the capability to hold its own.
There have only been two matches in the past between the Haryana Steelers and the Bengaluru Bulls. Both teams have won one match each.
The Bengaluru Bulls are the clear favorites in this match and we find it hard to recommend against them. The form of Pawan Kumar Sehrawat as well as the format of the game, which allows a single player to dominate proceedings, tilt things in favor of the Bengaluru Bulls.
