A surprise defeat against UP Yoddha would have drained some confidence from the Bengal Warriors. The normally prolific raiding unit of the Bengal Warriors was unable to find a way past the solid defense of UP Yoddha. A similar challenge lies ahead of them in this match as the Gujarat Fortunergiants possess a very capable defense as well.
Maninder Singh, K Prapanjan, and Mohammad Nabibakhsh have been good enough to expect a better performance in this match. All three of these raiders have been in good enough form to take the lead on a given day and that is what makes the Bengal Warriors so difficult to plan against.

Parvesh Bhainswal and Sunil Kumar are dependable even if they have slipped up a couple of times this season. They have the necessary skill and experience to absorb the relentless pressure the Bengal Warriors are going to apply on them.
