The unbeaten run of Dabag Delhi K.C. finally came at an end against the Gujarat Fortunegiants although raider Naveen Kumar did all that he could to try and keep Delhi in with a chance till the very end.
Dabang Delhi K.C. will now be hoping to return to its winning ways against the Jaipur Pink Panthers. We think Dabang Delhi is going to be happier facing the Jaipur Pink Panthers than they were against the Fortunegiants.
The Delhi raiders are going to be able to find more room to run in this match and will be more effective. Naveen Kumar and Chandran Ranjit have been the standout raiders for Dabang Delhi K.C. so far as Meraj Sheykh has struggled to put his best on the mat in PKL 2019.
Naveen Kumar already has two Super-10’s to his name this season and is among the top-scoring raiders. His contest against Sandeep Dhull and Amit Hooda is going to be very interesting to watch.
The Delhi defense has done pretty well also thanks to the presence of Ravinder Pahal, Joginder Narwal, and Saeid Ghaffari. Their eyes are going to be on Deepak Niwas Hooda and keeping him quiet.
Jaipur Pink Panthers
Not a single misstep this season has put the Jaipur Pink Panthers straight on the path to qualify for the PKL 2019 playoffs. There is nothing that seems to overawe this relatively young side and they are going to come at Dabang Delhi K.C. very hard.
Deepak Niwas Hooda has led the offense for Jaipur in a brilliant fashion. He is able to keep going hard at the opposition throughout the match and we think the leadership of the team has suited him very well. Deepak Niwas Hooda has some good support in the form of AJinkya Pawar, a raider that has so far done better in PKL 2019 than we expected him to.
Both these raiders are going to be made to work hard by the Debang Delhi K.C. defense.
Sandeep Dhull is being rated as the best left-corner in the country after his brilliant start to the PKL and we think that is not an unfair assessment. His partnership with Amit Hooda has helped the Jaipur Pink Panthers tighten up their defense and not give away any easy points.
How the pair of them does against Naveen Kumar is going to be decisive to the match.
