Dabang Delhi KC
You cannot speak about Dabang Delhi KC without first talking about Naveen Kumar. Easily the best raider in the league right now, Naveen Kumar has been making a mockery of defenses and has been quite simply unstoppable. With 26 consecutive Super-10's to his name, you would think that the rules are going to be changed to stop him from dominating so much! The real story, though, is that apart from him Dabang Delhi KC has been quite poor. The backup raider, Vijay, is average but not at the same level that Chandran Ranjit was.
Also, the experienced Dabang Delhi KC defense has been extremely error-prone in recent matches. Manjeet Chillar and Jiva Singh are two of the biggest culprits here. The team needs to find a way to step up collectively and not just ride on the coattails of Naveen Kumar.
Telugu Titans
The Telugu Titans continue to search for their first win of the season and have played their previous two matches without Siddharth Desai. It is unclear if Siddharth Desai is going to be back for this match or not because he has been injured but if he does, it would be a great sight to see two champion raiders go up against each other. Rakesh Gowda and Ankit Beniwal have shown a lot of fight and we hope that both of them retain their places whenever Siddharth Desai does return.
The veteran, Rohit Kumar, is the one that has disappointed and seems like a shadow of his best.
The defense for the Titans is not too bad with Ruturaj Kravi leading the way here, however, is it good enough to finally stop Naveen Kumar? That is the big question that needs to be answered.
Naveen Kumar has the most successful raids, the most raid points, and the most Super-10's in PKL 2021-22. It is no surprise that he has helped Dabang Delhi KC avoid defeat in every match that it has played so far.
We are going to bet on Dabang Delhi KC to win this match. The reason for this is quite straightforward. The best raider in the league is on their side and the Dabang Delhi KC defense is excellent when it is at its best. The Telugu Titans, especially without Siddharth Desai, do not stand much of a chance in our opinion.
