The Telugu Titans would be very worried right about now. They have lost their first two matches and the much heralded Siddharth Desai has not been able to have the same kind of impact that he had last season.

There are two possible reasons why Siddharth Desai could be struggling. The first is that he has been figured out by the defenders in the off-season and that information has been shared among the league. While this is bound to happen to all players eventually, Siddharth Desai is the kind of talent that will find a way to come back from this.

The other and more likely reason is that Siddharth Desai has still not fully recovered from his shoulder injury. That could be making him a bit tentative in his approach and allowing more openings to the defenders than is usual.

In such form, other raiders like Rajnish and the all-rounders need to step forward.

The defense has some established names like Vishal Bhardwaj, Abozar Mohajermighani, and C Arun, all of whom have been pretty good in the opening two matches. The real task for the Telugu Titans is to find a way to get Siddharth Desai back to his best again.

<h3>Dabang Delhi K.C.<h3>

Last season was the first time that Dabang Delhi made its way into the playoff stage of the Pro Kabaddi League. They have kept the majority of the side together and will be hoping to let the squad grow further in this season of the PKL.

Dabang Delhi has a very solid defense led by Joginder Narwal with Ravinder Pahal and Vishal Mane as others in the defensive unit. All three of these raiders are skilled, experienced, and work well together.

Meraj Sheykh made a big impression for Dabang Delhi last season and he can also contribute in the defense although it as a raider that he is going to be most dangerous. We are keen to see how Naveen turns up in PKL 2019.

Like Siddharth Desai, he made a big impact last season and was seen as one of the best new raiders of the PKL. Can he continue his good form or will he also face the second year jitters?

With Chandran Ranjit in the side, Dabang Delhi K.C. has a very good unit that can beat any side on its day. If the defense can find a way to keep Siddharth Desai quiet then we do not doubt that Dabang Delhi will emerge victorious after this match.
