<h3>Telugu Titans</h3>

The Telugu Titans want to win PKL 2019 and they believe that Siddharth Desai is the man to get them there. This is why they paid the most amount of money for one player in Pro Kabaddi history. Siddharth Desai is returning after a shoulder injury and the biggest concern for the team management is going to be ensuring he stays fit throughout the season.

Siddharth Desai is going to be backed up by some solid defense in the Telugu Titans. Abozar Mohjermighani and Vishal Bhardwaj are two of the most fearsome defenders in the league and they have been playing together for long enough to be perfectly in sync.

Swapping out Rahul Chaudhari in place of Siddharth Desai may be the smartest move the Telugu Titans make this season.

Rajnish will be the backup raider and that is where the Telugu Titans are a bit vulnerable. There second and tertiary raiders are open to being exploited by an experienced defense. We expect the Telugu Titans to play Manish and Akash Choudhary as the left and right cover defenders respectively.

These two are also very young and have yet to play a single PKL match which brings into focus the lack of experience in the Telugu Titans side. Vishal Bhardwaj and Abozar Mohajermighani will have to really guide the young team around them and hope to recreate something similar to what the Gujarat Fortunegiants were able to.

<h3>U Mumba</h3>

How much of a difference can the absence of one player make to a side? We are about to find out as U Mumba tries to keep its dominant position in the Pro Kabaddi League without Siddharth Desai.

U Mumba’s defense looks as strong as ever and in fact, has been strengthened by the addition of Sandeep Narwal to the starting lineup. Fazel Atrachali was one of the most lethal defenders in the Pro Kabaddi League and he also captained his side very well.

The combination of Sandeep Narwal and Fazel Atrachali on the mat is going to be exciting to watch out for.

The offense does not hold the same ring as it did with Siddharth Desai in the side but keep in mind that he was an unknown quantity before the season began. U Mumba believes that the raiding unit of Rohit Baliyan, Abhishek Singh and Athul MS should be able to give them plenty of firepower to work with.

We were very impressed with Abhishek Singh in the limited chances that he got last season and thin he could surprise a lot of people in PKL 2019.

With the all-round ability of Sandeep Narwal, the defensive acumen of Surinder Singh, and plenty of experience in the squad, U Mumba may have enough in the tank to overcome the Telugu Titans.

<h3>Dream11 picks and Dream11 predictions for Telugu Titans vs U Mumba</h3>

Key to getting a good Dream11 team for Pro Kabaddi is to try and get all your players in the starting seven. Just making the team ensures that they get 4 points and are rewarded for inflicting All-outs (and penalized for suffering them as well). Each successful raid point fetches 4 Dream11 points while a successful tackle gets 5 points. We think it is important to get 7 players who are going to be in the game at all times when they are on the mat otherwise winning Dream11 Kabaddi contests can be quite tough.

<h3>Defenders</h3>

We have the option of choosing a minimum of two defenders or a maximum of four for our Dream11 Kabaddi team. We have opted to go for the maximum possible defenders because not only do tackle points return better Dream11 points than raids, they are also more spread out among the players.

Fazel Atrachali, Vishal Bhardwaj, Surinder Singh, and Manish are the four defenders we have chosen for Dream11 team Telugu Titans vs U Mumba. Atrachali and Surender Singh are the heart of their team’s defense and were brilliant in the previous season while the same can be said for Vishal Bhardwaj as well.

Manish is expected to play left cover and is an unknown quantity but scouting reports suggest he is going to be a familiar name in the Pro Kabaddi League very soon.

<h3>All-Rounders</h3>

There is only room for one All-rounder in our Dream11 team simply because of the premium they command in points. Farhad Milaghardan may not be a sure starter for the Telugu Titans but he is going to be used in both the defense and the attacking units in a central role.

<h3>Raiders</h3>

It is not possible to make a Dream11 team for Telugu Titans vs U Mumba and not include Siddharth Desai. He is the most expensive player but well worth it. Include him and make him captain because if he is anything like the form he displayed last season then the Telugu Titans are going to be hard to stop.

We have also picked Rajnish in our team as the second raider. He was mildly successful last season but has worked hard in the off-season and should be much-improved.
