<h3> UP Yoddha <h3>
UP Yoddha is a very good side and oppositions sides will struggle to find a weakness in their lineup. The raiding department has been strengthened by the addition of Monu Goyat, who is going to partner Shrikant Jadhav and Rishank Devadiga.
All three of these raiders are capable of winning a match on their own and having such versatile attacking options means that UP Yoddha is always going to be in the game.
UP Yoddha also has Iranian all-rounder, Mohsen Maghsoudlou, to assist in the offense or defense as needed. Mohsen is an untried quantity right now but every scouting report suggests that is going to be a very well-known figure in the Pro Kabaddi League very soon.
While the offense is impressive, the defense of UP Yoddha is no less. Nitish Kumar is going to be leading the side and he is easily among the best defenders of the league. With Sachin Kumar and Narender to help out, UP Yoddha is a formidable side.
They should be targeting a win to start their campaign for sure.
<h3> Bengal Warriors <h3>
The Bengal Warriors opted to change the core of their team after last season. The defensive unit is revamped and will be led by Jeeva Kumar alongside Baldev Singh and Rinku Narwal. It is not a bad unit but we struggle to understand why a team would let go of defensive superstars like Ran Singh in the first place.
The offense is going to be led by Maninder Singh like in the years past. We think he is going to have to find an extra gear to be able to get past UP Yoddha’s defense. Maninder Singh is still one of the premier raiders in the PKL but we don’t think he is going to be able to win games single-handedly too often anymore.
This is where the other raiders come in. K Prapanjan and Sukesh Hegde are good additions to the Bengal Warriors and provide some raiding depth to the side.
The player we are most excited to see, as are the Bengal Warriors fans we are sure, is Mohammad Esmaeil Nabibakhsh. The Iranian all-rounder will be making his debut in the PKL but his exploits at the international level are well-known and his presence will certainly add heft to all aspects of the Bengal Warriors game.
<h3> Dream11 prediction for UP Yoddha vs Bengal Warriors <h3>
Defenders
We have the opportunity to pick two star defenders like Nitesh Kumar and Jeeva Kumar in our Dream11 team for this PKL match and we are not going to pass it up! Nitesh Kumar is the king of the tackles while Jeeva Kumar is going to be the biggest obstacle on the Bengal Warriors side.
All-rounders
We are picking two relatively unknown but highly-rated Iranian all-rounders for this match. Mohsen Maghsoudlou and Mohammad Esmaeil Nabibakhsh come into the match with a good international record and we think they are going to leave a big impact on PKL 2019 starting with this match.
Raiders
Maninder Singh, Rishank Devadiga, and Shrikant Jadhav are the three raiders we have picked for our Dream11 team UP Yoddha vs Bengal Warriors. There have been six matches played between these two teams in the past. Three out of those have ended in ties while the Bengal Warriors have won two.
This is a new look Bengal Warriors team that is going to be taking the mat. It looks good but there are quite a few unknown right now. UP Yoddha, on the other hand, looks like the complete package. We think UP Yoddha should be able to win this match.
